OFFSUIT :

Not of the same suit.

ON THE COME :

A situation where the player does not have a complete hand but hopes to make one if the right cards come up.

ON TILT :

Playing badly because you're upset.

OPEN-ENDED STRAIGHT

Four cards to a straight which can be completed by drawing a card at either end.

OUT :

A card that will improve your hand.

OVERCALL :

To call a bet after one or more players already called.

OVERPAIR :

In Hold'em, a pair of hole cards that is higher than any community card on the board.
