TY= "Thank you"
Usually used at online poker tables - "TY" is short for "thank you" and is generally typed by a player in response to a compliment from another player e.g. "NH" / "TY". An alternative is "TNX".
Trivia : in the Welsh language, TY means house, and Ty Bach is toilet.
