Poker Acronyms - ZZZ
ZZZ = "Snore / I'm bored of waiting for you"
Usually used at online poker tables - "ZZZ" represents the snore sound, as used in cartoon speech bubbles. Typed when one player thinks another player is taking too long to make a decision, or when a player constantly loses their internet connection. "Hurry up", essentially.
Note : players who type zzz are generally aggressive (and have not tried playing online poker over a dialup connection!). Clues to players' characters are called "tells" and can give you valuable information - see our article on poker tells for beginners.
